From right to left, War veterans Bob Kohler who served in the Army in Japan during the Korean War, Marine Corps Capt. Pete Meade who served during the Vietnam War, Army SFC Bob Trujillo who served during the Korea War, and Army (101st Airborne) Cpl. Anthony (Tony) Chiarilli who served during World War II gather together at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. In 2010 Kohler formed an honor guard at the church to pay tribute to veterans at their funerals and created a parish honor roll of its deceased veterans.
